3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your trade operational parameters and generated catalog specifications for the duration of your service subscription. You retain full ownership of all custom compliance audits, supplier vetting logs, and forensic invoicing records. You may request full deletion of your database cluster at any time by contacting our compliance officer.
