Welcome to Telosys. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our automated global trade operations platform, browser setups, AI gateways, and documentation. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Service & Operational Pilot
Telosys provides automated customs compliance audits, shipping container fleet monitoring, AI invoice parsing, and trade CRM lead coordination. The service is currently provided as an optimized enterprise SaaS platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update core platform features to maintain customs database synchronization.
2. Infrastructure Sub-Processors & Data Handling
To offer robust service level agreements (SLAs), low-latency calculations, and compliance readiness, you acknowledge that Telosys is built upon high-security distributed systems. We are actively deciding between and deploying infrastructure resources across:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) (e.g. AWS Fargate compute, S3 storage buckets, and Key Management Service);
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (e.g. Google Cloud Firestore data storage, Vertex AI models, and BigQuery analytics pipelines);
- Microsoft Azure and other strategic cloud-native subprocessors providing specialized startup program architectures.
By uploading proforma invoices, carrier bills, or customs documentation, you authorize the processing of these payloads within these secure environments under strict data confidentiality terms.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree that all customs registrations (IEC/EORI coordinates) and invoices supplied to the platform are accurate. Telosys AI tools are intended as compliance advisors; final customs declarations are the sole responsibility of the importer/exporter of record.
4. Service Levels & Limitations of Liability
While we strive to ensure 99.9% platform availability through redundant cluster deployments across Google Cloud and AWS, the service is provided on an “as-is” basis. Telosys is not liable for carrier transhipment delays or customs clearance audits triggered by national authorities.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to modern SaaS platforms, without regard to conflict of law principles.
